Day2 partnered with GPE and SODA to deliver a carefully considered scheme at Nineteen Wells Street. The project provides welcoming communal areas for tenants, a strong arrival experience for the building, and light, simple, highly functional workspaces designed for everyday use.

This Grade II listed Art Deco building was constructed in 1929 for Sanderson as its design studios, offices, and showroom, before later serving as the headquarters of Columbia Pictures in the 1960s.
Now comprehensively refurbished, the building retains its distinctive period detailing while offering high-spec contemporary workspace. Self-contained offices include private meeting rooms, modern kitchens, and thoughtfully designed work areas, all enhanced by striking Crittall windows that maximise natural light. A newly created welcome lounge and reception, flexible breakout spaces, coffee bar and a shared 16-person boardroom further elevate the working environment. The communal roof terrace provides sweeping views across London.
Located in the heart of Fitzrovia, Nineteen Wells Street brings together architectural heritage and modern functionality in a prime central London setting.
